Well, I feel so happy because this is what I have been
waiting for all this time! It’s been one of my targets since I was in 10th
grader. You may check this one out. And I think it’s not much because most of
my friends have had their own identity cards (let’s call it KTP) and later
after having that one, they’ll have had their own driving licenses. Though some
of them only have the SIM C (for motorcycle only), but the rest have both SIM A
(for car) and SIM C. So I am kinda envy, peace :) But I could do nothing
because I can’t drive so..... I just lay back and take a deep breath, realizing
this: I’m so old-fashioned that I can’t drive a car in this modern era.
Do you know why I really want to learn how to drive? I give
you the reason, I want to be a cool woman. I don’t want to be a full-time-housewife,
I wanna have my own career and I am inspired by them who have their own cars
and drive themselves to their offices. Later, I also want to drive my kids to
their schools. I want to be a mobilized woman by not depending on others. (you may laugh)
And why I said FINALLY?
You may check the link I have given you above once again. Do
you find any clue? Well, it is my biggest obstacle to not practicing how to
drive a car. I ALMOST HAVE NO TIME. Yes, it’s yours to claim that I’m
busy-wannabe (or in Bahasa we say sok sibuk) but I’m telling you, I am very
busy. I had many things to solve in 11th grade (let me mention: Nouveau, SDC,
S2LC, PERISAI) and I was like being chased by the deadlines and perfection. Also,
as a student, we won’t forget this: HOMEWORKS. Super! I only had limited time
to be home, and in that limited time, THERE WERE MANY HOMEWORKS TO BE DONE (sigh).
That’s why I’d rather spend my holiday with sleeeeeeping better than practicing
how to drive a car.
Well, I also want to thank one my (annoying #ups)
classmates, Caca, who one day said ‘Eh, aku kemarin udah latian mobil lagi...
Udah bisa belok!’ which later woke me up and motivated me to practice driving a
car as soon as possible.
And here I am. This morning I went to Taman Sari Regency
Sidoarjo (If I’m not mistaken, I forget the name of the cluster actually) with
my dad and my sister (huh, she decided to take a part in this practicing time
in last minutes and disturbed me all time). Well, I still can’t drive carefully
since it’s just the first meeting (but wishing there will be many more meetings
after this) but yeah I’m trying. You know, my car isnt the automatic one so I
had hard times balancing and controlling the gas and kopling (I dont know the
English ._.v) button. And also my dad once got angry saying ‘Udah udah wes
nggak usah! Kamu ikut les nyetir yang mbayar aja sana! Kalo abis kopling trus
ngegas tapi mesinnya mati terus gini lama-lama mobilnya protol mbak’ (and
trying to uninstall the key) and I was crying (this part is humiliating). So
please pray for me :)
